Since then, Chris has gained experience across every corner of the industry—from major corporate gyms to small business bootcamps. Throughout it all, he’s remained an independent contractor, running his own business and building a reputation for delivering customized, results-driven programs.
With a background in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and performance coaching, Chris has helped clients of all ages and ability levels transform their health. His coaching blends science-backed methods with practical strategies that fit real lives.
Now based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Chris is focused on making a lasting impact in the local community. Through one-on-one training, group sessions, and online programs, he brings the tools, experience, and energy to help others look, feel, and move better every day.

He has his ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Specialist, with a BBA from Arizona State University focused on healthy lifestyles coaching. He's also trained in mixed martial arts for over 8 years, blending functional movement, discipline, and body awareness into his coaching style.
With two years of hands-on personal training experience, Logan specializes in working with youth, women ages 35–55, beginners in the gym, and anyone striving to lose weight and build muscle. While he can train a wide range of clients, his priority is always the mind-body connection—helping each person feel confident, strong, and in control of their own journey.
Logan's ultimate goal is simple: to empower you with the knowledge and skills to live your healthiest life long after sessions end.
